As a Senior Distribution Finance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting a number of OEM relationships, as well as help support Dealer Activities as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute on a Distribution Finance development plan designed to support the sale of Distribution Finance products and services.
- Work with our Commercial Leader, ensure adequate customer and market coverage, adhering to the CRM Standards of Care, while building consultative and strong relationships with customers.
- Lead Distribution Finance Sales projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individual
- Be in regular communication with Distribution Finance US program executives, senior management, and functional leaders.
- Drive wing-to-wing sales process including achieving sales targets, customer relationship building, lead generation, making sales calls, analyzing data, preparing proposals and credit packages, negotiating prices or other terms.
- Be adept at value selling, using our business intelligence, reporting, to our value proposition advantage.
- Design effective DF financing structures for the vendors for which you have responsibilities.
- Help support the Dealer Pipeline and engage in dealer account activities as needed
Job Requirements:
- Proficient user of Salesforce.com , Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
- Experience in structuring and negotiating multi year transactions.
- Strong project management documentation and communication skills
- Experience in building and growing commercial lending relationships
- Strong presentation, sales and negotiation skills
- 4+ years of Distribution Finance Sales experience
- Ability to evaluate customer needs, recognize market trends and be able to tailor financial solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Strong communication skills in complex business environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of how to balance commercial objectives with risk factors
- Bilingual (French and English)
