Job Description:

Do you enjoy working with your hands? Are you interested in exemplifying valuable technical skills as you build your career? If so, a position as Shop Assistant may be for you! No previous experience is required. In this role you will be providing support to U-Haul Repair Shop personnel, learning the inner workings of the shop and encountering plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Turn rotors and drums
• Assist shop personnel
• Maintain batteries
• Mount, balance, and dismount tires
• Rebuild trailer equipment and equalizers
• Maintain a clean work area
• Forklift certified

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain a clean driving record
