Job Responsibilities:

Our Enterprise Technology Department is seeking 2 Software Developers to work in our Billing and Payments (B&P) area. This is an awesome opportunity to work on a team that develops and supports web services/APIs that enable communications, documentation (e.g. receipts), as well as other customer experience capabilities (e.g. scheduling a payment) for B&P solutions. One of the positions also involves user interface (UI) development and support for 2 B&P applications on StateFArm.com.

Job Requirements:

• Java Development
• User interface (UI) development: HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery, JUnit, Bootstrap
• Proficient in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices (e.g. Git, Git best practices, trunk-based development)
• Applying sound test practices, including unit, integration, and system test concepts, along with effective data management to support testing activities
• Thorough understanding of the Spring framework (e.g. Spring MVC/Spring Boot)
• Thorough understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Thorough understanding of application security tools (e.g. Spring Security & OpenAM)
