We are currently looking for an outstanding Business to Business (B2B) Inside Sales Representative to join our team! The focus of this position is new business development. This is an exciting opportunity for an inside sales professional that enjoys achieving success, overcoming challenges, closing deals and winning new accounts.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the transition of new accounts to the assigned Account Manager who will maintain and grow the business
  • Achieve/Exceed set Key Performance Indicators and sales objectives
  • Identify decision makers and key stakeholders
  • Prospect and cold call potential customers
  • You will sell our “one-stop solution” to customers over the phone enabling them to purchase all lines of business with our company
  • Responsibilities include scheduling appointments with key decision makers, giving solution-based presentations and closing new deals
  • Set appointments/build relationships to present our program solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • You will work closely with your sales team, as well as utilize other company resources to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts to the Account Management Team
  • Research small size businesses and qualify leads

Job Requirements:

  • Superior consultative selling skills with proven closing ability
  • Commitment to achieving key performance indicators – identifying new prospects and winning new accounts
  • Deadline and detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in inside sales, cold calling and prospecting over the phone
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to function independently to achieve targets as well as work effectively in a team environment
