Job Description:
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. You will manage multiple projects across all marketing channels and co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure executional excellence and impactful activations to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Closely partner upstream during strategic development with Marketing Project Leads to ensure cross-functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met
- Ensure completion of all assets on the asset list and track final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates
- Facilitate passing off core assets to delivery management/production for versioning
- Populate agendas for planning, kick-off and review meetings
- Track schedules, update reports and communicate program status to key stakeholders through weekly status updates
- Manage one or more direct reports; establish clear goals for career pathing and assign their project and tasks
- Create and publish comprehensive schedules and set interim milestones with all key stakeholders, working closely with Project Leads, Creative Resources & Production Managers
- Manage program schedules holistically, from initiation to implementation to proactively monitor progress to achieve deadlines and results
- Support routing creative to key stakeholder and ensures feedback is clear, actionable, and received on time
- Ensure product delivery for photography is tracking to program schedule with both Project Lead & Merchandising Teams
- Monitor and advocate process at all times, identifying gaps and improvements for current and new processes for better project documentation, team co-ordination and tracking from project inception through to completion
- Manage laterally with Creative Resource Manager on timely execution of core assets and with delivery management on execution of derivatives, versions, and translations
- Demonstrate ownership and investment in the work with a clear understanding of the business objectives and goals
- Activate and manage end-to-end, omni-channel marketing programs across multiple campaigns and programs with multiple deliverables
- Open jobs and build job folders with project info; update as jobs evolve and maintain final program archive of job info
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering complex, integrated marketing projects and campaigns with multiple milestones and dependencies
- 5+ years of account, project management or program management experience in marketing required, agency or retail experience preferred
- Excellent technical skills in MS Office, Smartsheets, BOX Workfront and ProofHQ preferred
- Strong time management skills; ability to troubleshoot, juggle multiple programs. Prioritize, with a solution focused mind-set
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills supported by a high degree of enthusiasm, creativity, interpersonal skills – with focus on peer-to-peer influence
- Exceptional organizational skills: detail oriented with demonstrated initiative to self-motivate and drive projects forward
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); confidence in leading and facilitating cross-functional team meeting and presentations to achieve results with strong relationship management skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
- Demonstration of learning agility and flexibility to learn from best practices and implement new processes
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross functionally and to gain organizational alignment at a variety of levels
- Experience and comfort working with remote, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate a high-energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving retail environment
