- The Candidate will be part of the Transform co Deep Learning Center team and will work closely with the VP, New Store Analytics to provide data analytic consulting services identifying locations to launch new Sears Authorized Hometown Stores
- Candidate will look at internal customer data, closed store data, Home Services Protection Agreement and Home Improvement data, External data for Competitor Stores, Pricing data for historical internal pricing and external competitor pricing data, Customer contact ability data including e-mail option, phone, and other data sources to recommend best locations to open new Home Town Stores.
- The focus will also be on previous Sears Appliance and Hard lines customers and their addresses and in parallel understanding Life Cycle of Appliances to understand upcoming demand by zip code based on age of appliances. The candidate will also set targets for these stores and work on developing Profitability models by month for each proposed store. The Role needs strong understanding of Pricing, Inventory, Liquidity and Points, Test and Learn Frameworks. The role will have Cross Organization Interactions with multiple Business including Home Warranty Business, Home Improvement Business, Home Town, Central Marketing, PA Business and others. In addition the role will perform other ad Hoc Home Town Analytics request.
