Job Description
As a centralized support representative, you’ll play a key role expediting the collection process of a claim – making use of Progressive systems and databases to retrieve claim and contact information. In addition to handling administrative tasks essential to resolving claims, you’ll complete research and ensure documents are routed to the proper department.
