Job Description:
As an Account Opening Telephony Analyst, you’ll manage customer requests and queries in an accurate and timely manner. With excellent communication and rapport building skills, you’ll be able to identify the best service options for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Completing relevant customer due diligence checks in accordance with internal procedures using appropriate systems and due diligence
- Supporting our business objectives
- Providing a professional and personalised service to customers who need assistance with their onboarding journey, making sure enquiries are dealt with at first point of contact
- Participating in team activities such as coaching less experienced colleagues
- Working collaboratively to deliver improvements in the process or customer experience by acknowledging any trends within the customer enquiries
- Participating in individual feedback sessions and performance conversations
Job Requirements:
- The ability to manage risks and follow regulatory, operational and control processes
- Good computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Some knowledge of business banking processes, products and services
