KPMG in Canada is undergoing significant growth and is looking for an energetic, creative and detail-oriented internal Communications Manager to support the Advisory practice and leadership communications.

As part of the national Strategic Communications team, this role will be responsible for driving internal communications in an engaging way for the Advisory business. Whether it’s communicating important business updates, supporting new programs or delivering insights on communications trends and best practices, this role will play a pivotal role in supporting the Advisory leadership team and business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make a big impact in a fast-growing business by bringing new ideas to the table, providing thoughtful communications advice and executing flawlessly
  • Work closely with colleagues and leaders to understand business developments and build communication plans that support the growth and strategy
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders through high-quality work, strategic planning and attention to detail
  • Produce internal communications using a variety of mediums (i.e., newsletters, emails, videos, video scripts, Intranet articles, Q&As, key messages, etc.) in multiple voices intended for different audiences

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing against highly effective communications plans for a national or global organization
  • Experience building and delivering internal communications programs that align to business goals
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex content in a digestible way
  • Great ideas! You love being innovative to deliver impactful results
  • Exceptional writing skills with ability to capture leadership voices in an engaging manner
  • Strong initiative, planning, prioritization and execution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders in a matrix environment
