Job Description:

You will provide leadership and oversight for Health Safety Environment & Facilities (HSE&F) activities and performance for the Aerospace EMEA Sites (15- manufacturing and offices across Europe, Middle East and Asia) by establishing strong working relationships with site leadership team and the employees. You will report directly to the Aerospace VP HSE&F and Resilience. You will be a key leader with EMEA Regional responsibility directing sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops, leads, and executes strategy for HSE&F programs in the region (all sites, ISC and Offices)
• Provides technical acumen, mentoring and direct management to site HSE managers across EMEA
• Leads HSEF capital strategy in the Region, oversees project management execution for HSE&F critical and Assurance Letter items
• Ensures compliance standards are being meet (HSE, product stewardship compliance, loss protection, etc.)
• Visits EMEA sites and reviews compliance and critical strategies that dive execution and CI (CBS, Management System)
• As a member of the EMEAI ISC LT, responsible for leading HSE initiatives including Mgt. Review, resiliency, sustainability and Carbon
• Neutrality and analysing and validating performance to plan
• Drive performance results through the execution of the CBS, HSE metrics and HSE initiatives.
• Maintains a strong MOS (Tier meetings and standard Work for Leaders)

Job Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Use innovative thinking to create continuous improvement
• Progressive experience in Facilities programs
• Experience in successfully leading a team
• Record of progressive HS&E experience
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills
• Significant experience of leading HSEF function within a manufacturing environment, ideally within the manufacture of Aerospace, Automotive or Electronics products
• Bachelors degree. Pr
• Lean/six sigma experience
• Leading multiple sites HSEF functions, ideally with international experience
• Strong knowledge of HSEF operating systems and processes
