Job Description:

The Source to Pay (S2P) Lead Manager is the primary owner of the end-to-end S2P process with the overall goal of delivering S2P services to the business functions, while ensuring quality and cost effectiveness. As a member of the DirecTV Procurement Operations team, the S2P Manager plays a critical role in building the capability and standards of the Procurement function, and will support its development and sustainability by ensuring service delivery excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with sourcing team to effectively design, implement and manage the S2P process and enabling technology
  • Managing supplier relationships and dealing with queries and discrepancies in relation to the provided accounts payable services
  • Developing and S2P maintaining process documentation and associated Policies & Procedures
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the team, monitoring their performance, providing timely feedback & assisting them to improve on their identified training needs
  • Developing and ensuring Spend categorization and overall Master Data protocols are followed
  • Coordinating with Accounts Payable to ensure payments are processed in accordance with approved S2P Policies & Procedures
  • Reviewing and analyzing current procedures in order to recommend and implement changes to standardize activities and integrate into shared services
  • Managing the entire S2P process such as Vendor master maintenance, PR / PO transaction processing, Invoice Processing, Payment processing,
  • Travel and Entertainment Expenses
  • Participating/ leading related cross functional process and system improvement initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining the maintenance of a strong Controls environment, i.e., system access and roles
  • Assuring root cause analysis (RCAs) of errors and non-compliant invoices (NCIs) have been performed and corrective actions have been implemented
  • Identify clear objectives for the team, providing coaching, career development and feedback to team members, providing performance evaluation and reward
  • Developing and publishing weekly / monthly / quarterly key performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and executive management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong customer service mind-set
  • Working experience on AP workflows and Oracle application will be preferred
  • Procurement/Accounting/Finance qualification with preference to one with higher qualification
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment is desirable
  • 8+ Years of Operations and team handling experience in S2P process
  • Project Management and Lean six sigma experience is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English
