Job Description:

We are seeking a General Manager for our Culver’s restaurant who will lead our team to achieve increased sales and profits according to an annual budget. This position will run shifts effectively to provide great food and great service, supervise hiring and orientation of new team members, evaluate management performance with biannual reviews and manage the schedule and daily deployments to meet labor goals.

Job Requirements:

• Certified in a national food safety program.
• A degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• A genuine smile!
• Dependability along with strong communication and organizational skills
