Job Description:

Responsible for reviewing and validating reports and work order accuracy results against objectives to determine variances and trends that impact the financial performance of the business. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates daily workload and makes recommendations for effective distribution of assignments and projects.
  • Runs advanced reports and conducts data analysis on results as well as analysis on national reports. Provides validation and recommendations when issues are identified or initiatives change.
  • Utilizes understanding of impact of changes to the business and how that translates to the team to make recommendations to gain efficiencies in productivity.
  • Recommends process improvements. Identifies employees not following prescribed processes and resolves issue(s) with employee and corresponding management.
  • Takes lead on facilitating new initiative roll outs to team and provides training to new hires.
  • Maintains process documentation. Analyzes and scopes impact of this work across the division and the company.
  • Monitors the revenue stream on a daily basis, ensuring correct codes are applied to lead to correct billing.
  • Performs error resolution and revenue recovery through correction of codes.
  • Conducts testing within the billing system to proactively identify issues. Testing may include restrictions implemented to ensure work order accuracy (e.g. rules, campaign eligibility etc.) Works with appropriate teams to correct any discrepancies identified.
  • Identifies trends and recommends improvements accordingly.
