Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate logistical needs and plan ahead to ensure that the store runs with excellence during peak times
  • Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes to improve efficiency and to build sustainable sales and profit growth
  • Work in the operations overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes
  • Meet regularly with Operator and Leadership Team for training/personal development and to execute the overall vision
  • Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training and development, evaluations, planning, and reviewing reports and results
  • Prioritize food safety and quality in order to create and maintain a remarkable guest experience
  • Enthusiastically lead shifts; celebrate successes while holding team members accountable for performance results
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A Belterra is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards
  • Positively impact the team and culture by modeling core values and intentionally investing in and developing team members and mid-level leaders
  • Know, set, and evolve store goals with a focus on key metrics

  • 2+ years leadership/management experience; ServSafe certified is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
