Job Responsibilities:

• Manage on and off-shore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Oversee multiple functional work streams/domains on a Workday implementation project (e.g, function as the overall HCM Lead for the project) or function as the lead for the {{Insert Specialization}} work stream (function as the expert in HCM
• Lead HCM work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to:compensation grades, grade ranges, compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advanced compensation configuration and processing
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
• Architect Workday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Demonstrate design options using prototyping.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)
• 3+ years of hands- on experience delivering HCM implementations in a leadership role
• Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
• Experience managing cross functional teams
• 4+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
